These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Winfinity Fitness Tracker app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

1. No Account, No Password

The app does not use email/password accounts. Your Digital ID and private key are generated on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own device secure, since anyone with access to it can act as you within the app.

2. What This App Is

• Scope: A self-tracking tool for logging food, workouts, measurements, and reviews, with optional AI-assisted nutrition estimates and an optional public leaderboard and chat.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log. AI-generated food estimates are approximations, not verified nutritional facts.
• Code of Conduct: You agree not to use the app's chat or leaderboard to harass others, impersonate anyone, distribute malicious software, or post unlawful content.

3. Cost

The app is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced in the future, this section will be updated before any payment is required.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding (including "Winfinity Fitness Tracker") and app content are the property of Winfinity Fitness. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated estimates or that the app will meet your specific health or fitness goals.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winfinity Fitness Tracker shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app.
• Any physical injury, illness, or health complication resulting from activity you log or attempt.
• Content posted by other users in the public leaderboard or chat.

7. Integration with Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and our Health & Liability Disclaimer by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to the data practices and risk assumptions detailed in those documents.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Limay, Bataan, Philippines.
